We are building 1 three-bedroom, 1242 square feet very high performance home, and a one/two bedroom, 590 square feet net zero electricity home. Our architects and interior designers have completed the design work and have consulted with the structural engineer, the heating and ventilating engineer and landscape designer to finalize and submit the required plans and documentation for planning approval and building permits.

R&D Workshop

We have also acquired a Workshop near the Napa Airport where we will begin, this week, to build mock-ups of the construction assemblies that we plan to use. This is our Research & Development phase where we test out materials, connections and whole wall and roof panel assemblies. People interested in purchasing an OHOME are invited to contact us directly to review our designs and to receive an invitation to our R&D facility.
