Land Grab

While the price of land in and around Napa is not at its highest, finding a suitable parcel has taken a little longer than we had initially intended.

Darling Street location for two OHOME Showcase Models

The good news is that we did find a suitable parcel, which is not too far from our office, and we have made an offer that has been accepted.

We have obtained a preliminary soils report, checked the preliminary title report, checked available utilities, completed a design layout and have had discussions with the local planning authority.
